May Day in Troy Celebrates the Labor Movement

TROY – Area labor supporters are trying to resist the economic crisis.

More than 100 people attended the 11th annual May Day celebration at Prospect Park Friday, which was hosted by the Hudson Mohawk May Day Committee and centered on the theme of resisting employee layoffs and cutbacks.
